Membership

Membership is open to Nurses and Midwives, locally certified Health Care Assistants, Nursing Aides and Nurse Trainees who conscientiously sign the following declaration:

In joining the SNCF, I affirm:

X i) My faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour, my Lord and my God.

ii) My acceptance of the Bible as the Word

iii) My desire to witness for Christ.

When a member’s belief no longer remains consistent with his / her declaration, the member’s membership shall be subjected to reconsideration by the Executive Committee.

Members who fail to pay their subscription for 3 years shall automatically lose their membership. All members shall inform SNCE of any changes in their postal address or contact details.

Membership category:

Full Members are:

• • Nurses
  • Midwives whose names are on the Register and Roll of the Singapore Nursing Board.

They are entitled to all privileges of the SNCF, to hold office and to vote.

Associate Members are:

• • Nurses and Midwives whose names are not on the Register or Roll of the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Health Care Assistants who have received the National Certification Course for HCA.
  • Nurse Trainees.

They are entitled to all privileges of the SNCF except to hold office and to vote.
